By downloading, installing or using Nox Core, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
Licenza
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Nox Core grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install Nox Core on your devices
- Use Nox Core in accordance with its documentation
- Create and manage browser profiles
This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.
Restrizioni
You cannot:
- Modify, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code
- Distribute, sell, rent or sublicense Nox Core
- Bypass protection or security measures
- Use Nox Core for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Share your license with other users
- Use automated means to access the service
Uso accettabile
You agree to use Nox Core in a legal and ethical manner. This includes:
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Respect for the terms of use of visited websites
- Responsible use of anti-detection features
- Protection of your credentials and access data
Nox Core is designed for legitimate privacy protection and professional management of multiple accounts. We condemn any fraudulent use.
Pagamento e rimborso
Pricing: Nox Core is billed at $50 per month per user. Profiles are unlimited for each user.
Free trial: A 3-day trial period is available. No credit card is required for the trial.
Refund: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the first subscription. After this period, no refund will be made.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Proprietà intellettuale
Nox Core and all associated intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Nox Core SAS. These terms do not confer any ownership rights over Nox Core, except for the limited license explicitly granted.
Disclaimer
Nox Core is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The service will meet your specific expectations
- Anti-detection will be effective in all cases
In no event shall Nox Core be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Terminazione
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nox Core, without notice, in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license will cease immediately.
Modifiche
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of Nox Core after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Legge applicabile
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
